- Sundays, 10:30 am
Each Sunday the children and young people join in the morning service and then after about twenty minutes leave for their own programme. All in this age will meet for a time together before separating into two smaller groups (18 months to school year 2 and school year 3 onwards)
Little Fishes Toddler Group
- Wednesdays 10:00 am, Milland Memorial Hall
In 2008 MEC took the responsibility of running Milland Village’s Toddler Group. It was renamed “Little Fishes” and now each Wednesday (during term time) a group of between 12 and 18 adults meet with their pre-school children. Plenty of activities are available for the children and refreshments are provided for the adults. Each session closes with a time of singing. We ask each family for £1.50 as this covers the cost of renting Milland Memorial Hall and helps to finance other activities. Please speak to either Tanya, Viv or Helen if you would like more details
‘Showstoppers’ Holiday Club
- Monday 27th to Friday 31st July
Each year we organise a morning holiday club for children aged 7 to 11 and we are already looking forward to this year’s which will be based on Scripture Union’s ‘Showstoppers’ material. The children will be learning about some of the great things God did including creation, shutting the mouths of Daniel’s lions and also the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are also planning a one-morning Easter Special, as a means of making contact with the children who came to last year’s club. This will be on Thursday 16th April. In the Summer an afternoon programme will also be arranged for some of the days for children aged 4 to 6.
Air Training Corps - 1927 (Petersfield) sqn
A part of our youth work is our support of our pastor as the Chaplain of Petersfield Air Cadets (1927 sqn). His role there is to support, encourage and teach. During 2007 we should be seeing the cadets in Church for a several special services. For more details follow these links:
